VP, Sales, Marketing and Solutions

Flomon Ltd is currently seeking a VP, Sales Marketing and Solutions. As a member of the company's executive team, you will be responsible to;

• Develop and manage integrated marketing programs, proposals, and sales materials to support sales teams.
• Liaise with company's management to identify and leverage ideas and assets needed to develop effective client solutions, promotions, and to create long term partnerships
• Enhance content and sales offerings and coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to strategic proposals and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Conceptualize, execute, and optimize advertising sales programs as well as develop policies and procedures to streamline workflow
• Manage and develop sales marketing team through hands-on involvement and assignment of proposal development work and manage certain high profile relationships
• Oversee projects to completion and ensure that they are in compliance with contracts and insertion orders
• Manage timelines with creative, content, legal, traffic and other areas, as well as with the client to maintain scheduled deadlines
• Keep current with kpmgi programs and products

Requirements:

• Extensive multi-media experience with strong understanding of TV media sales and advertisement, current digital and interactive marketing tactics
• 5+ years of account/strategic planning experience in an ad agency or digital media property
• Experience with conceptualizing integrated ideas and writing proposals
• Knowledge of building micro-sites, entertainment/TV sponsorships, and other advertising programs as well as experience with ad-serving systems (i.e. Dart, MediaVisor, etc.)
• Able to interface effectively with top agencies and clients on high profile accounts
• Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills and experience
• Detail-oriented but also able to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
• Excellent communications (verbal and written), presentation, and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus.
