| What is a RentersQ Record? |
RentersQ
is not a consumer reporting agency as defined in the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act
(FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. and the information in the RentersQ databases has not
been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports, as
defined in the FCRA. RentersQ is a simple online rental predictive intelligence platform,
whose RentersQ Record contains historical rental information as voluntarily and
independently entered into the RentersQ Records Database by landlords for free and other
information collected from public records and publicly available data. The RentersQ Record
is specially designed as a service to assist landlords around the world to efficiently and
confidentially exchange prior rental verifications as well as easily and conveniently
share among each other rental experiences, personal characteristics and traits of any
current or former tenant, anywhere in the world, such as their rental and payment history,
and all other possible favorable or unfavorable traits, peaceful or disruptive behaviors
of any kind, all arithmetically organized based on each tenant's estimated rentability
factors (favorable and unfavorable risks and traits), grouped in a RentersQ Record for
each tenant, made easy for landlords to confidentially search, intelligently analyze and
screen any tenant prior to independently making a leasing decision. It is understood that
anyone posting anything into the RentersQ Record Database is solely responsible for the
content or information you publish, display or otherwise communicate in any manner or
transmit to other RentersQ Registered Users. Furthermore, it is important to understand
that records data are only as accurate as the individual that input them. Therefore, it is
highly recommended that you closely review and confirm with the source, if possible, about
