The RentersQ Referral Program

In an effort to help apartment managers and property owners around the world fill their vacant apartments and houses for rent faster without doing too much work and spending too much money in sales and marketing of their properties, RentersQ has developed the most acclaimed patent pending online rental referral platform, RentersQ Referral Program.

Any property owner or manager, anywhere, can painlessly and instantly list any type of property for rent in the RentersQ For Rent section and freely option to participate in the RentersQ Referral Program, simply by checking the "Add this property to the RentersQ Referral Program" box at the end of the RentersQ Property Listing Form.

In a Nutshell

RentersQ enables its users to earn unlimited amount of cash simply by referring others to rent at any of the properties listed in the RentersQ Referral Program for landlords and tenants around the world.

As soon as the property is listed in the RentersQ Referral Program, any user, registered or not registered with RentersQ, who searches for properties for rent, on the For Rent Search Results for that property, is able to see a "RentersQ Referral Thumbnail" like this one RentersQ Referral Thumbnail marked "Referral" which identifies that the property is participating in the RentersQ Referral Program. When a user clicks on that thumbnail, is then directed to the RentersQ Referral Program Form for processing to complete the referral transaction.

For each lease any member of the RentersQ Referral Program generates for the participating property, the property manager or owner only pays RentersQ a one-time success fee of $250.

The RentersQ Referring User (the user who has referred someone to rent at that property) receives $200 of the success fee, while the RentersQ Referring Group Owner receives $25 and RentersQ only keeps the other $25.

Anyone can sign up free with RentersQ to create and become a leader of a RentersQ Group and receive $25 each time any member of his or her group successfully refers anyone to rent at any of the RentersQ Referral Program Participating Properties.

Any user may join any of the RentersQ Groups for free and start referring others to successfully sign a lease agreement to rent at any of the RentersQ Referral Program Participating Properties and receives $200 in cash per each successfully signed 12-month or more lease agreement.

The Referred User (the user who has been referred to rent at that property) is not required to be a member of any of the RentersQ Groups, but is required to register with RentersQ for free before the referral process takes place.

There are no property listing fees, no up-front fees, and no contracts for any property manager or owner to list any property type for rent or sale on RentersQ and optionally participate in the RentersQ Referral Program.

Creating a Referral Group

In order for you to participate in the RentersQ Referral Program, you must first register with RentersQ for free, simply by filling out the RentersQ Registration Form.

You may then choose to create and become an owner and leader of your own group in the RentersQ Groups, simply by filling out a short form that again asks to confirm and enter your personal and banking information for verification and where RentersQ will deposit your future referral earnings.

RentersQ then matches and asks you to confirm your information with the information you provided in the RentersQ Registration form, if it does not match, then you can change or edit your personal information in order to complete your RentersQ Referral Program application.

For verification purposes, RentersQ will deposit two different small amounts into your bank account, and you must confirm the two deposited amounts in your bank account, and thereafter RentersQ may then approve your request.

There're no limits of how many numbers of groups users can create on RentersQ, but any user can create and manage a group on RentersQ, only one group at a time. Users have ability to custom design their RentersQ Group pages, upload pictures, and make their group pages look the way they want, any way and however they want.

Joining a Group

You may choose to join any one of the RentersQ Groups, one group at a time, in order to participate in the RentersQ Referral Program.

But before you request to join any group, you must first be approved by RentersQ for the RentersQ Referral Program. In order for you to be approved for the RentersQ Referral Program, you must first fill out a short application that asks your personal information including banking information (bank name, bank address, city, state (if in USA), phone number, bank account number, routing number, SWISS Code, etc, whatever is required for RentersQ to successfully deposit your referral earnings into your bank account).

RentersQ will then confirm your banking information by depositing two small different amounts, and you will have to confirm the two deposited small amounts. RentersQ will then deduct these two small deposited amounts at one time from your first future referral earnings.

After you have been confirmed for the RentersQ Referral Program, and in order for you to join and participate in the RentersQ Referral Program, then you must request to join any group of your choice, and once the group owner approves your request to join that group, then you may then participate in the RentersQ Referral Program and start referring anyone else to go rent at any property listed in the RentersQ For Rent section.

The group owner has 30 days to approve or deny members for his or her group. Any member who has successfully joined any group, can at any time cancel and leave his or her current group without giving any reason and may thereafter, at any time request to join another group. Any user can only join and be a member of one group at one time.

Each group page has been designed by RentersQ to display the exact number of members in that group, and only users IDs, city, state (if in USA), and country name in each group's page.

Referral Process

In order for anyone to refer anyone to rent at any of the RentersQ Referral Program Participating Properties, that user must first be a RentersQ registered user, and must then click on the referral thumbnail link, which is visibly displayed in the RentersQ For Rent property listing page.

When a user clicks on that link, he or she is then taken to a page that contains the property name and a short form that asks him or her some details, such as the RentersQ User ID for the person who referred him or her to that property on RentersQ. Once he or she enters the User ID, then RentersQ automatically runs a quick search to find the User ID in the RentersQ database as entered, and once RentersQ has found the User ID in its database, RentersQ then asks the user to enter the referring user's last name.

RentersQ then confirms the last name as entered by matching it with the entered User ID, and then RentersQ automatically displays that User ID and his or her real full name, city, state (if in USA), and country that matches that User ID. The Referred User must then clicks to confirm that, the person's information displayed is for the correct Referring User.

Once the referred user has confirmed the identity of the referring user, then the referred user may submit that form, which is then automatically submitted directly to the listing owner of that property.

At all times, RentersQ knows and keeps track of who and who submits these referral forms, and the property listing owner is required to confirm that, the referred user has actually successfully signed the lease agreement to rent at that property.

The referring user is also required to click on a link provided in his or her My RentersQ Account page, to confirm that his referred user has successfully signed the lease agreement with that property listing owner. Also, the referred user must also confirm by clicking on a link provided in his or her My RentersQ Account page, that he or she has successfully signed a lease agreement with that property listing owner.

The referring group owner is responsible for making sure that every user, the property owner, the referring user, and the referred user, has confirmed the successful signing of the lease agreement.

During this process, RentersQ knows at all times what each user is doing; that the property listing owner has confirmed the referral, that the referring user has confirmed the successful signing of the lease agreement, and that the referred user has confirmed that he or she has signed a lease agreement with that property listing owner.

Final Process

In the final process, the group owner is required to certify that each user has successful confirmed the successful signing of the lease agreement. Once the group owner confirms and certifies that the process is complete, then RentersQ automatically issues an invoice to the property listing owner in the amount of $250, a one-time success fee, and the property listing owner has 30 days to pay the invoice.

RentersQ, the group owner, the referring and referred users; all know, at all times, the status of each invoice as submitted by RentersQ to the property listing owners, and once each invoice is paid by the property listing owner, RentersQ then credits $25, deposited by RentersQ, to the group owner's bank account on file. RentersQ will also credit the referring user's bank account on file with $200 and RentersQ only keeps $25 of the success fee per each referral.

Invoice and Payment Summary

  1. $250 success fee is invoiced to every property listing owner per each referral and the property listing owner has 30 days to pay that invoice directly to RentersQ. If the invoice is 30 days late, not paid within 30 days, then RentersQ has option to add late fees of up to 10.00% for the invoiced amount to the unpaid invoice.
  2. $200 is credited to the referring user's bank account on file by RentersQ, but only after the invoice has been paid by the property listing owner.
  3. $25 is credited to the group owner's bank account on file by RentersQ, but only after the invoice has been paid by the property listing owner.
  4. And, $25 of the success fee is retained by RentersQ.

The whole process for each invoice takes less than 30 days. Property listing owners have option to pay their invoices by a bank draft, PayPal, eCheck or credit cards. All referral earnings are paid by RentersQ directly to the referring users and group owners bank accounts via a bank draft.
